Connect Instagram
Sign in with the Facebook account that manages your Instagram business profile and choose the profile to connect.

Connect Messenger
Choose the Facebook page whose messages should arrive in Mijra.

Add the web chat widget
Copy the widget code from Mijra and add it to your website so visitors can start a chat.

Send a test message
Message each channel from a personal account and confirm the chat appears in the inbox.

Reach your first outcome
Reply, assign the conversation and follow it through: a lead qualified, a question resolved or an order placed.

Before and after
- Your Instagram account must be a business or creator profile linked to a Facebook page.
- Start WhatsApp onboarding at the same time, as Meta’s verification time varies.
