Refund policy.
When you can request a refund of a paid Mijra subscription, how to ask, and how long it takes.
Last updated 12 October 2026
1. Scope
This policy applies to paid Mijra subscriptions and add-ons bought on this website. Subscriptions bought through the Salla, Zid or Shopify app stores are covered in the “App store subscriptions” section.
It forms part of our terms of service. Where local consumer law gives you stronger rights, those rights apply.
2. Try first: the free trial
The 14-day trial is free and takes no card, so there is nothing to refund during it. Every feature is available, and nothing is charged automatically when the trial ends.
We recommend using the trial to connect your channels and store and confirm that the service fits before you pay.
3. First-subscription refund
You may request a full refund within 3 days of the start date of the first paid subscription on your account, provided it is the first subscription on the account.
This applies to both monthly and annual first subscriptions. After a refund, the account returns to an unpaid state and paid features stop.
4. Renewals
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each cycle, and refunds do not apply to renewed subscriptions, whether renewed automatically or manually.
To avoid a renewal charge, cancel auto-renewal before the renewal date. The service remains active until the end of the period you have paid for.
5. Annual subscriptions
Annual subscriptions are charged at 10 times the monthly price, so 2 months are free. Because of that discount, an annual subscription is not refunded in part if you cancel during the year, apart from the first-subscription refund above.
If you cancel an annual subscription, the service continues until the end of the year you have paid for.
6. Cancellation timing
You can cancel renewal at any time from your account. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period, with no partial refund for remaining days.
Cancelling does not delete your data. You can export it before the account ends, as described in our terms of service.
7. Upgrades and downgrades
Upgrades take effect straight away. You pay the difference for the rest of the current period. [Proration method: to be confirmed.]
Downgrades take effect at the next renewal, and the current period is not refunded. Check that your usage, seats and workspaces fit the lower plan before you downgrade.
8. Add-ons and usage-based charges
Paid add-ons are non-refundable once bought, including conversation packs, AI credits and extra Vertical Packs, as well as one-time setup fees.
Usage already consumed, such as conversations handled or AI credits used, is not refunded, and unused monthly allowances do not carry over or convert into credit.
9. Meta and third-party fees
WhatsApp fees charged by Meta, such as conversations and templates, are paid by you directly to Meta, are never held by Mijra, and Mijra owes no refund or compensation for them.
Fees charged by payment providers, shipping providers and store platforms are set by those providers and are outside this policy. Ask the provider directly about refunds of their fees.
10. App store subscriptions
Subscriptions made through the Salla, Zid or Shopify app stores are billed by that platform and are subject to its refund rules and mechanisms, such as refunds to the platform wallet, in addition to this policy.
Request refunds for these subscriptions through the platform. We will cooperate with the platform where it asks us to confirm details.
11. Failed payments
If a renewal payment fails, we will tell you and try the payment again. [Number of retries and grace period: to be confirmed.]
If payment is still not made at the end of the grace period, we may suspend paid features until it is. Your data is kept while the account is suspended, as described in our terms of service.
12. Duplicate or incorrect charges
If you are charged twice for the same period, or charged an amount that does not match your plan, contact us. Once confirmed, we refund the duplicate or incorrect amount in full, whatever the date of the charge.
13. Service outages
Outages do not give rise to refunds unless a written agreement with you says otherwise. If an extended outage is caused by us, we may, at our discretion, offer a credit on your next invoice.
Outages caused by third-party platforms such as Meta, store platforms or payment providers are outside Mijra’s control and are not covered.
14. Suspended accounts
No refund is granted in case of a violation of the terms of service or platform misuse that led to account suspension or termination.
15. How to request a refund
To request a refund, contact the support team at hello@mijra.io with your registered email, transaction number and reason for the request.
We will review your request and respond within 48 business hours with a decision or a request for additional information.
16. Processing time and currency
Once a refund is approved, the amount is returned to the original payment method (or the platform wallet for store subscriptions) within 7 to 14 business days, depending on your payment provider or bank.
Refunds are made in the currency you paid in. We are not responsible for exchange-rate differences or fees charged by your bank.
17. Chargebacks
Please contact us before disputing a charge with your bank. Most billing problems can be fixed faster directly.
If a chargeback is opened, we may suspend the account while it is investigated and share billing records with the payment processor to respond. A chargeback found in our favour does not entitle you to a refund under this policy.
18. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. Changes are posted on this page with a new date and apply to payments made after that date.
