Security practices.
A factual account of how Mijra connects to your channels and store.
Official channel access
WhatsApp is connected through the official WhatsApp Business API via a Meta partner. Mijra does not use unofficial WhatsApp clients or automation tools.
Store access you approve
Store data is read through the app you install from Salla, Zid or Shopify, or the connection you authorise for WooCommerce. You can remove that access from your store at any time.
Separate workspaces
Each brand or store runs in its own workspace, with its own channels, team and conversations.
People stay in control
You choose what AI agents may do, and conversations hand off to your team when an agent is unsure.
Encryption
Data is encrypted in transit with TLS and at rest with 256-bit AES.
Hosting and backups
Mijra runs on Amazon Web Services. Data is replicated across data centres and the database is backed up daily.
Access control
Each team member has their own login and role, so nobody has to share credentials. Internal access is limited to people who need it.
Monitoring
Firewall rules and access restrictions are reviewed regularly, and systems are monitored and updated to close vulnerabilities.
No claims without documents
We do not state that Mijra is certified to a security standard, and we do not describe conversations as end-to-end encrypted, because we only publish claims we can support with documents for the specific channel and data path.
